Bài viết này mình hướng dẫn một số cách để tạo style trong Microsoft Word.
This post is to introduce you several ways to create a style in Microsoft Word.
#1: Create a new style based on the selection
Một style mới có thể được tạo từ định dạng của một đối tượng, cụ thể là một đoạn văn.
A new style can be created from the formatted paragraph.
Sau khi định dạng đoạn văn, chúng ta có thể tạo ra một style mới dựa trên định dạng đó. Bôi đen và click phải chuột vào đoạn được chọn ► click vào Create a Style từ nút Styles.
After formatting any paragraphs, you can create a new style based on that kind of formats. Select and right-click on the formatted paragraph ► click on Create a Style from Style button.
Style mới được tạo từ định dạng của văn bản được chọn. Chúng ta có thể thay đổi thiết lập tại Modify.
The new style is created based on the selected formatting . You can make some modifications by clicking Modify.
#2: Create a completely new style
Style button (Tab Home) ► Cretae a Style:
Name: đặt tên cho style,
Style type: kiểu áp dụng style,
Style based on: định dạng style dựa trên,
Style for following paragraph: định dạng áp dụng cho đoạn văn tiếp theo
Đối với thiết lập Style type, có các tuỳ chọn gồm:
For Style type, here are options:
Paragraph: khi đặt cursor tại đoạn văn bất kỳ, cả đoạn sẽ được áp dụng style.
when your cursor is put onto your paragraph, that whole paragraph will be applied the style.
Character: khi đặt cursor ở giữa một chữ bất kỳ, cả chữ sẽ được áp dụng style. Style chỉ áp dụng cho đối tượng được chọn; nếu không chọn, style chỉ áp dụng cho một chữ mà tại đó có cursor.
when your cursor is put at any word, the whole word is applied the style. This kind of style just applies to the selected words or paragraphs, if not any stuffs being selected, the stype will solely apply to one word in which your cursor is put
Linked (paragraph and character): đây là kiểu kết hợp giữa Paragraph và Character. Style sẽ áp dụng cho chữ được bôi đen, nếu không bôi đen bất kỳ chữ gì, style sẽ áp dụng cho cả đoạn văn.
this kind of stype type is a combination Paragraph and Character, if not any stuffs being selected, the stype will apply to the entire paragraph, or else it just apply to the selected stuffs.
Table: kiểu style này áp dụng cho đối tượng bảng, nên chỉ xuất hiện ở nhóm Table Styles (tab Table Style), bình thường không xuất hiện ở nhóm Styles (tab Home)
this stype type applies only to table objects, so that it just appears in group Table Styles (Table Style tab), normally not shown in Styles group (Home tab).
List: kiểu style này áp dụng cho văn bản ở dạng list, nên chỉ xuất hiện ở nút lệnh Multilevel List (nhóm lệnh Paragraph, tab Home), bình thường không xuất hiện ở nhóm lệnh Styles (tab Home).
this style type applies only to paragraphs formatted under list format, so that it just appreas in button Multilevel List (Paragraph group, Home tab), normally not shown in Styles group (Home tab).
Kiểu style paragraph có ký hiệu paragraph marker (¶) xuất hiện bên phải tên của style
Paragraph style type has the paragraph marker (¶) next to the right of the style name.
Kiểu style character có chữ a (a) xuất hiện bên phải tên của style
Paragraph style type has the letter a next to the right of the style name.
Kiểu style linked có cả ký hiệu paragraph marker và chữ a đứng canh nhau (¶a) xuất hiện bên phải tên của style
Paragraph style type has both the paragraph marker and the letter a (¶a) next to the right of the style name.
Lưu ý: bạn không thể đổi Style type từ Paragraph sang Character và ngược lại.
Note: you can’t change a paragraph style into a character style or vice versa directly.
Đối với thiết lập Format, có các tuỳ chọn định dạng gồm:
For Format, formatting options include:
Font: định dạng chữ (Font, Size, Style, Color, Effects),
Paragraph: định dạng đoạn (Paragraph Spacing, Indentation, Alignment, Outline Level),
Tabs: thiết lập tab leader,
Border: tạo viền,
Language: thiết lập ngôn ngữ,
Frame: thiết lập vị trí tương đối so với văn bản,
Numbering: đánh số thứ tự,
Shortcut key: gắn phím tắt
