[Word] Multiple Columns Notes

Bài viết này mình hướng dẫn các bạn cách chia note thành nhiều cột.
This post is to introduce you how to divide notes into multiple columns in the note pane.

Một số loại ghi chú chứa định nghĩa ngắn do đó chúng ta nên đưa chúng vào một cột để tiết kiệm diện tích văn bản. Ví dụ, những ghi chú trong trang bên dưới rất ngắn và chúng chiếm đến 6 dòng văn bản.
Some kinds of notes contain short definitions so that we just need put them in one column in order to save the space of the document. For example, the notes in the below page are too short and they occupy 6 lines.

At the note pane, right-click then select Foonote or Endnote (MacOS)/ Note Options (WinOS)

Ở hộp thoại Footnotes and Endnotes, tại Columns, drop-down và chọn 2 hoặc 3 cột. Sau đó Apply.
At the Footnotes and Endnotes dialogue box, click drop-down list then select 2 or 3 columns and finally, click Apply.
